Juice

I miss working at Sol Bean Cafe and having a professional juicer machine with an unlimited supply of juicing materials. A pro juicer is definitely a luxury and having a whole bucket of ginger at my disposal is heavenly. Whole Foods has a juice counter, but there is something special about making a juice yourself. I keep it simple usually, and some of my favorite juices were:

  • Apple, orange, celery
  • Ginger, banana, apple
  • Carrot, apple, orange
I’d be happy to buy a juicer for home, but would always feel limited by lack of ingredients. I’ll just stick to water for now.

    Those juice combinations sound kinda funny.. celery and ginger and carrot?? My fav is orange juice, banana, and mixed berries. =]

    i like blood orange juice best. and ginger is one of the best flavors on earth yummm.
